So excited to finally share this beautiful winters afternoon
shoot from a couple of weekends back.
A few months back, Huhana reached out to book in their very first photoshoot—celebrating the joy of being a family ( having just moved down from Wellington ) and capturing her baby bump before baby #2 arrives.
As we planned together, I got to know a little more about them (thank you, questionnaire ✨), and it made me all the more excited to photograph their story.
The week of their shoot, Huhana remembered her families Korowai—she brought it along to capture ( I was so excited! ) we finished the session capturing her korowai - theses photos were honestly so special.
We spent the evening playing in the sand, splashing in the water, and laughing like old friends. I came away from this session honestly feeling like I’d just been to the beach to hang out with friends. Annndd we all have very cold feet!!
Sure still is winter!!
